Awake as Hell..

I was planning to make myself a cup of coffee tonight 'cause I thought I was going to stay up until dawn. So I boiled water and did a nasty mixture of one helluva coffee (you bet). Since I am not much of a good "coffee maker" or whatever it's called, I just let my instinct do the thing, and come what may.

I thought 1 teaspoon of coffee was not enough so I threw in additional half teaspoon, making a total of 1.5 teaspoons of coffee. Then I added some coffee-mate and a bit of sugar because I don't want my coffee to be too sweet like my mama's.

While waiting for the water to boil, I went to my motherhood, told her I made myself a coffee and asked if 1.5 teaspoons of coffee was already enough. Then she was like, "Isa't kalahati?! Ako nga kalahati lang eh. Ano akala mo dyan, chocolate?" Then I was like uhhhhh. Hahahaha. "Dagdagan mo ng tubig yun ah," she added as I left the room.

As soon as the water boiled, I poured it in. Mixed it.

I was a bit surprised to see the coffee I made not having the usual pale color. Wow, am I improving? Well, not quite. 'Cause when I tasted it, it was no more than the usual coffee I make -- almost tasteless and whatever-tasting-coffee. LOL. Who am I kidding? shtbrix, that color was deceiving. I thought I was already a pro. :))

So I went back to my motherhood to ask her to overhaul my coffee (for the nth time). But she was already asleep. So I asked my cousin to do it instead. Haha. How more annoying can I be to my cousin? LOL :)) She surprisingly did overhaul my coffee without any fuss. She must have hit her head or something. Nevertheless, she actually did good. The "coffee" I made became a real coffee, WHOA AH. Hahaha. Thanks BTW.

However, I found out later that there was no need for me to stay up until dawn; and that there was no need for me to make that stupid coffee after all. The thing was, I haven't had my first (the real one) sip off of my coffee. Hahaha!

So yeah, I had to finish the coffee. And I did.

So here I am, awake as hell. Hahaha. Oh hey, it's 4:41AM. And again, who am I kidding? I am almost staying up until dawn. :))
